I specialize in seeing individuals for a one-on-one counseling session. I bring a very empathic and relational approach to psychotherapy. I have an eclectic approach drawing form different therapeutic models including Dialectical Behavior TherapyCognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Psychodynamic theories. I incorporate mindful awareness, emotion regulation, and self-esteem building with the goal of changing patterns of thinking or behaviors that are behind people’s difficulties, thereby changing the way they feel.
